Thank you for your e-mail to our Customer Service Department.

It has been a long time since I was as humbled by my own foolish insensitivity as I was after the Oh_the_Drama post of Daddy's Day. I am sorry Oz for participating and posting a comment as 20+ other individuals did a couple of days ago. It has been a long time since I reminded myself that sometimes you do have to shut your big head up and not involve the children of this world into a blog where adults can misinterpret who was really being bashed here.

Oz, I blew it. I wrote things on this blog – some based on true conversations, some completely fictional – that damaged feelings and friendships. I wrote things that hurt people. Where does one find it in his big head to say “yes, that’s OK, publish that” without first considering who it might hurt? Why does it take a friend coming to me and telling me he/she is offended before the realization comes that feelings are at play?

Yep, stings a bit when you reach waaaay back to extricate that very large foot from ones mouth.

I speak from experience on this one and have hopefully learned my lesson.

But chin up Oz: I think Oh_the_Drama's readership realizes that all is written in jest and love, and no harm meant to any. Otherwise they wouldn't keep coming back. Do not take anything personal. We only wish you could laugh with us and not overreact each time something negative is said about you.

I will take a slice of humble pie and stuff it into my big fat head, and then hope that your loved ones realize that most of what Oh_the_Drama writes is published to entertain the crowds. I don't know how she has managed to keep blogging for all this time now and not get her ass kicked.

Please accept my sincerest apologies.

If I were you Oz, I would consider sprucing up your blog, as Customer Service is considering canceling yours. You are in the bottom .0000001% of hits and views.

Basically, your sh*t is boring.
